How it works PDF Print E-mail
On the home page there are 3 calendars shown. They are showing this and the 2 next months. Today is highlighted. Click on a date and the bookings for this date are shown in a list sorted by building – room name and showing for each booking:
  • Periods
  • Short description
  • Staff member name
  • Class name

If you click on a booking you are shown all the info about it.

Note: If and ONLY if you are the owner of this booking (or you have access to the back end of the component) you can edit, save and delete it. If you delete it and it is a recurring type you are asked: "Only delete this booking or also any recurring booking?"

You can configure your bookings to have them performed by the staff members. Guest and/or Reg.users can browse the bookings but cannot perform bookings in this case.
