By installing the Multisite Sitemanager ProFTP component you have agreed to this license.

This license is for installing the component on ONE domain. If the component is to be used on more than this one install, you must buy additional licenses.

For users with one install and subsite copies from 1 to 10 you need this version
For users with one install and subsite copies from 1 to 20 you need this version
For users with one install and subsite copies from 1 to 50 you need this version
For users with one install and subsite copies from 1 to 100 you need this version

For users with one install and subsite copies from 1 to 200 you need this version
For users with one install and with more than 200 copies of subsites contact ElearningForce.

If MS Control is ordered together with ProFTP using the bundle offer, MS Control has the same license agreements as ProFTP.

 Else MS Control has its own license agreement.

Multisites Component is provided on an "as it is" basis.

The limited license grant means that you may not do the following with Multisites component:

  • decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based upon the Multisites Component software in whole or in part without permission of the ElearningForce Inc.
  • transmit Multisites component to any person, except if the original package and its whole original content is transmitted, and that this person accepts to be bound by the terms and conditions of this software license agreement and warranty.


Neither ElearningForce Inc. nor Daniel Ecer shall in any event be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, the ElearningForce Inc. shall have no liability for any damage loss or corruption of data or programs stored in or used in conjunction with Multisites component, nor shall the authors be liable for the cost of retrieving or replacing damaged lost or corrupted data.

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this license to be unenforceable, the other provisions of this limited warranty and software license agreement shall remain in effect without limitation.
