Quiz Management
- add, edit and delete quizzes’ categories
- specify a category’s name and description (the ‘New’, ‘Edit’ and ‘Delete’ buttons in the top right toolbar of the Quiz Categories section)
- create a new quiz and edit its configuration (the ‘New’ and 'Edit' buttons in the top right toolbar of the Quizzes section)

Input the quiz’s title, author, description; select its category, template, language, certificate. Set the time limit and passing score; define the additional, feedback and question pool options
- edit the basic settings of the quiz (the ‘Edit’ button in the top right toolbar of the Quizzes section)
- delete the quiz with all its questions (the ‘Delete’ button in the top right toolbar of the Quizzes section)
- publish/unpublish the quiz (the ‘Publish/Unpublish’ buttons in the top right toolbar of the Quizzes section)
- export a single quiz or export all quizzes at once to a local machine (the ‘Export/Export all’ buttons in the top right toolbar of the Quizzes section)
- move or copy a quiz with all its questions to another category (the ‘Move/Copy’ buttons in the top right toolbar of the Quizzes section)
- get back to categories section (the ‘Categories’ button in the top right toolbar of the Quizzes section)
- filter quizzes by categories and set the number of quizzes to display in the list
- import quizzes stored on your local machine (the Import Quizzes section)
Question Management
- add, edit and delete questions’ categories; specify a category’s name and description (the ‘New’, ‘Edit’ and ‘Delete’ buttons in the top right toolbar of the Question Categories section)
- add questions either to a certain quiz or to the question pool (the ‘New’ button in the top right toolbar of the Questions section)
- edit the configuration of the question (the ‘Edit’ button in the top right toolbar of the Questions section)
- delete the question (the ‘Delete’ button in the top right toolbar of the Questions section)
- move or copy a question to another quiz or to the question pool (the ‘Move/Copy’ buttons in the top right toolbar of the Questions section)
- get back to quizzes section (the ‘Quizzes’ button in the top right toolbar of the Questions section)
- filter the questions by the type of quiz, the question type and a category (in the Questions section)
- set the ordering of questions in the list (in the Questions section)
- select among 9 different types of questions:
- Multiple Choice question is represented as a question itself and a group of radio buttons with the answer options. Only one option is correct.

Input the text of the question, the answer’s options and feedback correspondingly; set the points and attempts; select the quiz and question’s category; enable answers’ randomization. Preview the created question.
- Multiple Response question is represented as a question itself and a group of check boxes with the answer options. Several options can be correct at the same time here.

- True/False questions are self-explanatory: enter the statement in the question text field and then select either 'True' or 'False' as the correct answer. - The Matching Drag&Drop question is represented as a group of questions and a group of answer options. Users should match questions with the correct answers by dragging and dropping answers onto the questions.
 Input the text of the question, the answer’s options; select a quiz and a question’s category; set the points and number of attempts; enable answers’ randomization. Enter feedback for correct/incorrect choices. Preview the created question.
- The matching drop-down question is represented as a group of questions and a group of drop-down lists with the answer options. Users should select the correct answer option next to the corresponding question. Input the text of the question and the possible answers; select a quiz and question’s category; set the points and the number of attempts; enable answers’ randomization. Enter feedback for correct/incorrect choices. Preview the created question.
- Fill in the blank questions require users to enter a word, a short phrase, or a string of characters. Users must give an answer that exactly matches one of the answers provided by the author of the quiz.

- The Hotspot question is represented as a question and an image. Users should point their mouse cursor to a certain area (spot) on the image and click it. If users click within the right area, the question is considered to be answered correctly. Input the question text; select the quiz and the question’s category; set the points and the number of attempts. Enter feedback for correct/incorrect choices. Browse an image and define the hotspot area. Preview the created question.
- The Surveys question is represented as a question and an empty text field. Users should enter any answer into the text field (for this type of questions there is no need to define correct answers, as the major aim of this question is to gather certain information from users). Such questions may also be used if the answer cannot be expressed with one or two words, but requires a verbose description. Enter the question text, select the quiz and the question’s category; set the points and the number of attempts. Enter feedback for correct/incorrect choices. Preview the created question.
- The Boilerplate question type is used for displaying any kind of text for explaining or giving instructions. The question is not scored; you don’t set points for answering it. It is not necessary to answer it at all. Enter the question’s text and select the quiz and the question’s category; set the number of attempts if any.
Profile Management
- install/uninstall additional templates for quizzes (the ‘Install/Uninstall’ buttons in the top right toolbar of the Templates section)
- edit CSS (the ‘Edit CSS’ button in the top right toolbar of the Templates section)
- associate your menu items with the created quizzes (the Menu Manager section)
- import and export many language files and set the default language (the Languages section)
- upload images for quiz certificates and input your text using different variables (the Certificates section)
- view the reports and save them to a CSV file, delete the reports (the Reports section)
- read the extended help and F.A.Q. sections
