1.Component Main Menu
The List Drag&Drop page displays all created drag&drop items whether they are published or not and allows to manage them by creating new items, editing already existing ones and deleting them. To work with the list of drag&drop items go to Configuration>List Drag&Drop in the left menu. To work with the list of drag&drop items go to Configuration>List Drag&Drop in the left menu.  Fig. ‘List Drag&Drop Page’ To manage the settings of the page, use the following icons at the top of the page:  The List Drag&Drop is provided with pagination for better usability and allows to move to the next page, previous page, to the start and to the end of it. In addition it is possible to filter the items of the list in the Display# field by choosing a number of entries that should be displayed on the page. Adding a new item to the ListDrag&Drop
To add a new item to the ListDrag&Drop:
1.Go to Configuration>List Drag&Drop and click the New icon at the top of the page. As a result, there will be displayed the form with the following entry fields:  Fig. ‘Adding a new drag&drop item (the Options tab)’  Fig. ‘Adding a new drag&drop item (the Structure tab)’ 2.Fill out the form fields as described in the table below:
Menu Manager
The Menu Manager displays all the existing menu items. The list contains the MenuName, the MenuItem, and the Drag&Drop Item columns. To work with the list of drag&drop items go to Configuration>List Drag&Drop in the left menu.  Fig. ‘Menu Manager’ In the Drag&Drop Item column next to each menu item you’ll see a drop-down list, where you can select the Drag&Drop item. To save the changes click the Save icon ( ) at the top of the page. If in the template settings a specific template is assigned to any menu item to display drag&drop components, then in the MenuManager you’ll need to select which drag&drop structure should be displayed for the specific item of the main menu (ex. mainmenu). 2.Integration
To use the Drag&Drop component, you’ll need to create an additional template.To connect and launch the component you must type in the following lines into the area where the Drag&Drop modules should be displayed require_once ("$mosConfig_absolute_path/components/com_joomdragdrop/joomdragdrop.php"); global $option, $Itemid; dragdrop_view($option, $Itemid); ?> You will as well need to assign the display of the specific template on those menu items that will contain the set Drag&Drop items in the MenuManager of the component,
if there is a need to display Drag&Drop modules there. |
